The Rowdy Coyote sits on a 1.24-acre wooded lot in Pine Hills. It is a split-level luxury cabin designed for a family of 2–4.

The living area has floor-to-ceiling windows, a sofa and chair, a gas fireplace with a timer switch, and a large smart TV. The downstairs master has a log-frame king memory-foam bed, luxury linens, and a large smart TV. A spiral staircase leads to a loft with two log-frame twin memory-foam beds, a large smart TV, family games, Xbox, and a barrel-style multi-game arcade. The downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, plus a coffee maker / Keurig, blender, hand mixer, toaster, griddle, and crock pot. Dining is at a wine-barrel table with 4 barstools. A full-size washer/dryer and ironing board are in the hallway. Fios Wi-Fi is available.

Outside and in the game spaces: a gas grill, park-style grill, fire pit, horseshoe pit, hook-and-ring toss, foosball, zipline, barrel arcade (including Pac-Man), and a hot tub.
