The Rowdy Bear was built in October 2019. It is a split-level luxury cabin with unusual design details — a comfortable place for a family of up to four.
The living area has floor-to-ceiling windows, a sofa and occasional chair with ottoman, a double-sided gas fireplace with a timer switch, and a 65" smart TV. The downstairs master has a Bed Boss memory-foam king bed, luxury linens, the other side of the gas fireplace, and a 65" smart TV. A spiral staircase leads to a loft with two Bed Boss twin beds, a 60" smart TV, an arcade, a foosball table, Xbox 360, and family games. The bathroom downstairs has a stand-up shower.
The kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, plus a coffee maker / Keurig, toaster, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, and griddle. Dining is at a bar-height counter with 4 stools or a table for 2. A full-size washer/dryer and ironing board are in the hallway. Fios Wi-Fi is available.
Outside: a park-style grill, gas grill, fire pit, hot tub, and a fort playset. Guests are welcome to use the stocked fishing pond that borders the neighboring Rowdy cabins. A starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is supplied.
The cabin is minutes from restaurants, Choctaw Landing Casino, wineries, shopping, Beavers Bend State Park, and Broken Bow Lake. For larger groups, see Rowdy Fox, Rowdy Beaver, or Rowdy Coyote.
